Notaires Office Pessac, a firm steeped in history
« Stéphane Garibal joined the firm in 1996 and succeeded Philippe Salles de Saint-Paul in 2000; the latter had founded the firm in 1984 in the centre of Pessac.
In 2004, Maître Stéphane GARIBAL and Maître Eric LARIVIÈRE joined forces; the firm moved and settled between the University Campus and the town centre in a former hunting lodge redesigned by architect Fabien Pedelaborde.
The team comprises around twenty staff members, all of whom embody our corporate values: Responsiveness, Satisfaction, Trust, Listening and Adaptability.
